Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Audit, Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, or Law within a regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Review existing compliance policies and procedures to identify compliance vulnerabilities.
• Supervise compliance with legislative requirements.
• Act as contact point to government authorities for compliance matters.
• Provide advice to business units on regulatory requests.
• Update business units on new regulatory requirements and develop training materials.
• Monitor compliance training status across units.
• Establish and update department's SOPs and guides.
