About the Role & Key Responsibilities

You will be working in the Department of Oncology Pharmacy to provide clinical pharmacy services in direct patient care setting independently or in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Job Requirement

  • Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
  • Working experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
  • Masters in Clinical Pharmacy, PharmD or relevant Board Certification is preferred.
  • Able to communicate effectively.
  • Able to work independently and in a healthcare team.
  • Possess clinical skills and knowledge in running ambulatory services will be preferred.
