As a Senior Business Support Executive, you will be a key pillar supporting our leasing and rental services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants broad exposure across business operations, customer engagement, and internal coordination.
You’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders, gain hands-on experience across departments, and play a visible role in driving efficiency and service excellence within the Eurokars Group.
Implement, review, and continuously improve administrative systems and workflows to support efficient business operations.
Manage and direct incoming email enquiries promptly to relevant internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate, well-organised records for rental agreements, customer information, and operational documentation.
Prepare, generate, and issue invoices accurately and on time, including:
Monthly billing
Ad-hoc charges
Intercompany billing
Project-based billing across leasing, rental, and chauffeur-driven services
Process customer payments, including credit card transactions, in line with internal procedures.
Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for short-term rentals, chauffeur drive suppliers, and operational expenses.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on:
Vehicle purchases and disposals
Office supplies and maintenance
Service providers and operational partners
Collaborate closely with sales, leasing, rental, and chauffeur drive teams to support service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and workplace upkeep.
Organise and coordinate departmental meetings, events, and internal activities.
Provide administrative and operational support across departments as business needs evolve.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Support a culture of accountability, accuracy, and professionalism.
Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Prior experience in administrative, operations, or business support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business systems.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
