Job description

As a Senior Business Support Executive, you will be a key pillar supporting our leasing and rental services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants broad exposure across business operations, customer engagement, and internal coordination.

You’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders, gain hands-on experience across departments, and play a visible role in driving efficiency and service excellence within the Eurokars Group.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Administrative Operations
  • Implement, review, and continuously improve administrative systems and workflows to support efficient business operations.

  • Manage and direct incoming email enquiries promptly to relevant internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate, well-organised records for rental agreements, customer information, and operational documentation.

Billing & Financial Administration
  • Prepare, generate, and issue invoices accurately and on time, including:

  • Monthly billing

  • Ad-hoc charges

  • Intercompany billing

  • Project-based billing across leasing, rental, and chauffeur-driven services

  • Process customer payments, including credit card transactions, in line with internal procedures.

  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for short-term rentals, chauffeur drive suppliers, and operational expenses.

Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on:

  • Vehicle purchases and disposals

  • Office supplies and maintenance

  • Service providers and operational partners

  • Collaborate closely with sales, leasing, rental, and chauffeur drive teams to support service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Office & Team Support
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and workplace upkeep.

  • Organise and coordinate departmental meetings, events, and internal activities.

  • Provide administrative and operational support across departments as business needs evolve.

Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

  • Support a culture of accountability, accuracy, and professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Prior experience in administrative, operations, or business support roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business systems.
