Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly independent Business Development professional to drive new business initiatives and growth projects. This role is suited for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can identify opportunities, take full ownership, and execute with minimal supervision.

You will work closely with senior management but are expected to operate autonomously and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities and projects
  • Drive end-to-end business development from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of clients and strategic partners
  • Lead negotiations and structure commercial agreements
  • Develop business proposals, presentations, and feasibility assessments
  • Provide progress updates and commercial insights to management

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 yearsexperience in business development, partnerships, or new ventures
  • Proven track record in closing deals or launching new business initiatives
  • Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership
