In this role, you are not just a member of our team; you are the driving force behind our growth and success. Your KPIs are your compass, guiding you towards exceeding expectations and achieving unparalleled results. You will be responsible for our biggest revenue driver, utilising consultative selling techniques to acquire high-value clients while nurturing existing relationships to foster growth within our community.

You’ll be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure. This involves tracking and prioritising leads, managing sales activities and communications, and ensuring timely follow-ups to move deals through the pipeline efficiently.
You’ll conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends. Based on your findings, you’ll collaborate with the team to develop strategic plans to capitalise on these opportunities and drive growth.

Ensure that all residency agreements drafted are clear, accurate, and comprehensive.
Facilitate the renewal of contracts for existing residents, leveraging your expertise to nurture relationships and secure long-term partnerships.
9. Support the Resident Success Department with ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive resident experience.
