• 4-8+ years of Business Analyst / Consulting experience in SaaS or enterprise application transformations.
• Proven experience in Agile delivery with ability to write user stories and support backlog prioritization.
• Strong consulting toolkit including stakeholder management and business process re-engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to identify pain points and define transformation opportunities.
• Shape requirements into clear Agile user stories and product backlogs.
• Drive projects through the full lifecycle: Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Implementation, and Adoption.
