A local bakery in Singapore is seeking a baking assistant to help with daily bread production and R&D for new and seasonal products. Responsibilities include baking cookies, maintaining cleanliness of workstations, and inventory management. Experience in baking and good organizational skills are essential.
Assist in daily bread baking and production
R&D new and seasonal products
Viennoiserie lamination, cutting and shaping
Prepare twice baked croissants and sandwiches
Cook ganache, boil potatoes, etc
Prepare fillings such as cream cheese filling, almond frangipane etc
Bake cookies such as almond florentine, milo cornflakes etc
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workstations
Stock ordering
Maintain storeroom organization and inventory level
Quality control must be maintained
Any other duties as required by the Company
