Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in hospital operations, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Highly motivated, action-oriented team player with excellent planning, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Development Secretariat and Hospital Planning Committee in establishing the Biomedical Engineering department.
• Responsible for project execution, budget management, and quality standards compliance.
• Conduct end-user briefings and define operations requirements for biomedical systems.
• Collaborate with technology partners to design and implement BME systems.
• Establish guidelines and project timelines.
• Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
