Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings on time for all projects
• Develop and manage 3D building models using BIM software
• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose
• Ensure compliance of drawing with regulatory specification
• Work closely with project teams on drawing amendments and updated
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Prior experience with Fire Prevention & Protection Systems will be added advantage
