The Senior Barista Manager oversees the full beverage program across the company’s outlets, leading the creation, quality control, and profitability of all beverage offerings. This includes coffee, tea, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The role requires strategic planning, team training, supplier management, and alignment of the beverage direction with the brand’s vision and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the overall beverage strategy and concept for all outlets.
  • Create and update menu offerings, including signature cocktails, coffee, tea, and seasonal beverages.
  • Ensure consistency in recipe standards, presentation, and quality control across all locations.
  • Lead and mentor Head Baristas, Bartenders, and Beverage Managers to maintain brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and marketing teams to launch new products or promotions.
  • Manage supplier relationships, sourcing, and cost control for all beverage-related products.
  • Oversee training programs on beverage preparation, service, and product knowledge.
  • Monitor beverage sales performance, margins, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to keep the brand’s beverage program innovative and competitive.
