Job summary

A leading international financial institution is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the setup of a high-net-worth business. The role requires 8–10 years of experience in insurance technology and the ability to build processes from scratch. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently with senior stakeholders, as well as possess good understanding of technology concepts. The role is based in Singapore and offers a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of Business Analysis experience within insurance technology or similar financial services environments.
• Strong exposure to high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth insurance products.
• Proven ability to build processes and requirements from zero in a greenfield setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for a new HNW entity setup.
• Partner closely with technology leadership to translate architecture into clear requirements.
• Define and map processes from scratch ensuring operational readiness.
