Job summary

A leading audit firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Audit Manager/Audit Partner to oversee audit deliveries and lead a cross-border team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of audit management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. This permanent role includes responsibilities such as signing auditors' reports and ensuring compliance with regulations. 📝 Key Responsibilities

>
  • Sign auditors’ reports for statutory audits and other assurance engagements in line with Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSAs) and the Companies Act
  • Lead and develop a cross-border team of managers and associates.
  • Own end-to-end audit delivery: planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, review, and report finalisation.
  • Oversee external audit, corporate governance, compliance, and enterprise risk engagements.
  • Develop and lead a team of audit staff and corporate tax compliance professionals.
  • Manage engagement economics: budgets, WIP, billing, collections, and variance tracking; meet team and individual targets.
  • Uphold professional standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Handle practice management tasks (resourcing, scheduling, client billing).
  • Review and finalise audit reports to clearly communicate findings.
  • Support business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • ✅ Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
    • CA (Singapore); ACRA-registered Public Accountant
    • Minimum 5 years of audit management/leadership experience, candidates from the commercial sector with relevant experience are also welcome.
    • Strong technical (accounting/auditing standards and related tax regulations) & interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams.
