About the Role

As a Senior / Associate Executive, you will be Operations Support Services reporting to Event Support, Telecom & ROF Services Lead to oversee a team to provide day-to-day operations and administrative support for Event Support and Audio-Visual (AV) systems.

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Manage contracts related to AV services and vendors
  2. Coordinate the setup of venues and manage overall logistics
  3. Operate and troubleshoot AV equipment as well as provide live technical support during events
  4. Manage an inventory of AV equipment and maintain its condition
  5. Be the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of events
  6. Manage Facility Reservation System to ensure users’ requirements are met in terms of granting approvals, liaising on facility, rental/manpower rates, etc.
  7. Assist Service Lead with tracking of Key Performance Indicators, event support income, expenses, and budget planning

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum a Diploma in Audio-Visual (AV) Technology, Infocomm Technology, or related discipline
  2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Healthcare Industry
  3. Knowledgeable of AV system design concepts, projectors, sound systems, computer hardware, and Windows Operating System
  4. Basic knowledge in Creston and Extron products is an added advantage
  5. Possess strong administrative, problem-solving, written, and communication skills
  6. Event coordinating skills are an added advantage
  7. Able to commit to staying after office hours or on weekends/public holidays to support events when required
