This position supports the delivery of core HR operational and administrative services for EGH. The role focuses on accurate execution of employment lifecycle transactions, leave and benefits administration, pre-onboarding coordination, and day-to-day HR administration, in accordance with established policies, systems, and governance requirements.

The incumbent will work closely with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant HR operations in a dynamic public healthcare environment.

Job requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource
  • Minimum one year of relevant professional experience, preferably in large organisations
  • Prior healthcare industry experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) required
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Meticulous with exceptional organisational skills and commitment to accuracy
