Job description

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will provide direct support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) by managing and coordinating the calendar, meetings, and appointments, whilst serving as the primary contact for documents requiring CFO’s approval. You will ensure secure and proper authorisation, uphold confidentiality, and maintain meticulous records. You will also provide administrative and operational support to the Finance department, including office supplies procurement, IT access requests, and assistance with staff onboarding and offboarding. Additionally, you will coordinate meeting logistics and keep internal systems updated, including the shared drive, intranet directory, and Finance Division organisational chart, to facilitate clear communication and information sharing within and across divisions.

Key Requirements:
  • Diploma, preferably with at least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous with good organisational and time management skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
