A leading clinical research organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative support specialist to assist the CFO. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and provide operational support within the Finance department. The ideal candidate has a diploma, at least 2 years of administrative experience, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will provide direct support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) by managing and coordinating the calendar, meetings, and appointments, whilst serving as the primary contact for documents requiring CFO’s approval. You will ensure secure and proper authorisation, uphold confidentiality, and maintain meticulous records. You will also provide administrative and operational support to the Finance department, including office supplies procurement, IT access requests, and assistance with staff onboarding and offboarding. Additionally, you will coordinate meeting logistics and keep internal systems updated, including the shared drive, intranet directory, and Finance Division organisational chart, to facilitate clear communication and information sharing within and across divisions.
