We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Compensation.

In this role you will need:
  • Administer the tracking of Replacement of Policy (ROP) to send out letters to client/agents/distributors.
  • Assess and do fact finds for appeals by the agents.
  • Communicate to stakeholders including but not limited to agency leaders, business partners and management to ensure they are kept abreast of relevant information required relating to ROP.
  • Administer the Distribution Channel Compensation to ensure on time and accurate payments.
  • Key touchpoint for internal and external customers’ enquiries on compensation related matters.
  • Enhance / streamline workflow & update of SOP where applicable
  • Deliver on ad hoc tasks when assigned
  • Participate in projects & UAT as required
To be successful you will need:
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills: MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formula), MS Word
  • Proficiency in VBA & Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage
  • Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team;Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders
  • Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment;Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline
  • Resourceful, Independent & strong problem-solving skills
