The key responsibilities of this role are as follows :
  • Handles full spectrum of payroll administration for entities (including CPF & tax submission)
  • Prepares monthly headcount, payroll reconciliation report and other payroll related reports
  • Co-ordinates with finance division on monthly treasury provision for payroll related activities and payroll reconciliation
  • Ensures general ledger journal generation to finance division for completed payroll processing
  • Processes & verifies statutory claims like NS leave and government paid leave
  • Assists with queries from auditors for payroll related audit exercise
  • Attends to employees' queries on salary matters
  • Work closely, independently and proactively with consultants and bank officers for payroll related issues and system errors / upgrades & enhancements
  • Verifies payroll entries for entities
  • Maintains up to date archival of payroll records
  • Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor
