About the Role

The Department of Psychosocial Oncology offers a caring environment and a range of services to support patients and their loved ones in managing living with cancer. The Senior / Associate Executive shall provide administrative support to staff members in the department through a range of tasks vital for the smooth operation of the team in supporting patients and their loved ones. These tasks include day-to-day administrative, logistics, and operational support.

Some of the Key Responsibilities Include

  • Provide administrative operations and logistics support to the department, including compiling the department's statistics for reporting, preparing financial reports for reimbursement of petty cash claims, maintaining office supplies, inventory, and the department's collateral.
  • Attend to enquiries regarding the department’s services, schedule outpatient appointments and inpatient cases, and assist in covering the duties of other Admin Support staff in their absence.
  • Represent the department in administrative and operational meetings and support department projects and other administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • At least a GCE 'O' Level with 3 credit passes, including English and Mathematics, and/or a proven track record in performing the functions of this position.
  • Some relevant healthcare or social service experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, for tracking statistics and data.
  • Meticulous, efficient, organized, with good problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
