About the Role

You will play a key role in Changi Airport’s Ops Transformation by enhancing airport operations systems from conceptualisation to live operations. Working closely with tech vendors and ops/innovation teams, you will translate operational needs into practical technology solutions, drive implementation and adoption, and continuously improve system performance.

This role offers the opportunity to lead these projects that contribute to strategic airport development goals and to receive on-job training on aviation-specific business processes from airport professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with vendors, internal business teams and external stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Conduct user research and design thinking workshops to identify business needs and redesign existing concept of operations
  • Propose, design and refine solutions and system architecture, assessing technical feasibility and suitability for operations
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate adoption of new processes and systems
  • Monitor and track progress of transformation projects, and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Procure and implement these systems in compliance with enterprise-wide governance standards
  • Work with vendors to manage 24/7 operational issues in post go-live phases, from incident discovery, troubleshooting to eventual issue closure
Requirements
  • Degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering or a related field of study. Candidates with a strong Diploma and relevant work experience may also be considered
  • Preferably with certifications or experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Agile Methodologies, Scrum Product Owner, DevSecOps, AWS Solution Architect or equivalent
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in implementing and maintaining on-premises and cloud infrastructure, with awareness of cybersecurity best practices
  • Comfortable with managing 24/7 operations, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and project management skills to effectively lead and execute multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail
  • Self-driven, independent, and a good team player
  • Possession of a curious mind, positive learning attitude, with interest in aviation and airport operations
