A global law firm in Singapore is looking for a Senior Associate to join their Aviation team. The role involves managing a variety of aviation cases and building client relationships, particularly in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in a law firm and be qualified in England & Wales or Australia. Strong communication skills and a commitment to client service are essential. The position offers exposure to a range of international cases and a supportive team environment.
We are looking for a Senior Associate with experience in insurance and reinsurance claims preferably within Aviation litigation, to join our Singapore office. The Aviation team's specialism includes dispute resolution in single and cross border litigation, complex and high value subrogation claims, catastrophic loss, risk management and regulatory matters.
The Aviation team consists of two Partners, two Legal Directors, five Senior Associates, one Associate, one Legal Executive, one Paralegal and four Secretaries.

Recent examples of our work include advising reinsurers on coverage related issues arising out of the Russia / Ukraine leasing crisis, advising reinsurers on subrogation following aircraft ground collisions, advising reinsurers on liability claims arising out of general aviation losses, handling attritional claims in respect of prestigious airline accounts.
Experience of aviation work is preferred but not required, but the successful Senior Associate will be able to deal with cross jurisdictional legal analysis which frequently requires consideration of the law and practice of multiple jurisdictions.
