Job description

To drive operational excellence and ensure continuous improvement to work processes for KTPH@Home.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • SPECIFIC
  • Ensure efficient operation and drive optimum utilization of resources in alignment with hospital’s strategic plans
  • Streamline work processes, maintain operational and service standards, working closely with Nurses, Doctors and other support departments
  • Assist in preparation of department statistics and conduct data analysis to provide objective information for management’s decision making.
  • Oversee generation of official and ad-hoc reports and ensure that the reports are sent timely.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish programme policy and design workflow to ensure smooth deployment. Liaise with NHG headquarters and regulatory agencies (e.g. MOH, MOHT) for funding reimbursement and regular reporting.
  • Review system requirement and provide support in User Acceptance testing to support new system initiatives.
  • Conduct post implementation review, including reporting of performance indicators.
  • Identify service discrepancy trends/issues and provide recommendations to Manager.
  • Support and facilitate improvement projects through regular reviews with stakeholders.
  • Assist in the review, implementation and enforcement of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Data Protection measures (PDPA).
  • Participate in risk review initiatives (Enterprise Risk Management, Hazard Identification) with stakeholders and execute measures to mitigate risks
  • Facilitate the review and purchase of budget-related matters.

  • To assist in other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate department related meeting including proposing agenda for discussion.
  • Conduct orientation and induction programme for new staff, where relevant. Supervise the training of new staff.
  • Embrace continuous improvement by suggesting improvement and refining work performance on a daily basis.
