The role involves general design and architectural input, liaising with project directors and clients, and overseeing project execution. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years local or international project experience.
• Experience with Industrial, Institutional and HDB BTO projects.
• Knowledge of Local code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general design and architectural input for projects.
• Liaise with Project Director, Architectural Assistants, and Technical Staff.
• Complete daily executive tasks including design presentations and correspondence.
• Monitor progress of contracts and billing status.
