Job description

SENIOR ARCHITECT / SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL ASSOCIATE

1. Candidate who have experience in running large mixed use Development (Residential & Commercial) with minimum 10 years’ experiences. BOA Registered Architect is preferred.
2. Candidate who have experience in large Healthcare Development. BOA Registered Architect is preferred.
3. Good knowledge and well versed in Singapore building regulations and codes, design development & detailing.
4. Must be capable of being a Team Leader and take responsibility in managing projectsindependently without supervision.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Good working attitude, proactive & conscientious.
7. Self-motivated with good time management skills.
8. Ability to supervise and manage a team in achieving project goals, targets and milestone dates.

ARCHITECT / ARCHITECTURAL ASSOCIATE

1. Possess a recognised Architectural degree and preferably a Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects and with Green Mark certification for Architect.
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Institutional / Private residential / Public Housing developments.
3. Experience in handling projects from concept to construction.
4. Liaise with consultants on matters of design & technical co-ordination site issues.
5. Work closely with the project team in the co-ordination, organization & preparation of construction documents & drawings.
6. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive environment.
7. Contract administration.
8. Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice.
9. AutoCad and BIM knowledge will be an advantage.
