Job summary

A leading architecture firm based in Singapore is seeking an experienced architect to conceptualize and execute design projects. The ideal candidate will possess a recognized degree in Architecture and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in transport and infrastructure projects, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities include preparing tender documentation and liaising with clients and contractors. This role is essential for maintaining design quality and authority compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably in transport and infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, and construction practices.
• Conversant with local codes and regulations.
