A leading business development firm is looking for a Senior Analyst in Strategic Business Development to provide key administrative support and execute business initiatives. Job Description & Requirements
The Senior Analyst in Strategic Business Development will provide key administrative and operational support to the department, ensuring smooth execution of business development initiatives and contributing to the achievement of departmental KPIs. This role requires close collaboration within the team and with key distributors and partners to maintain high standards of efficiency and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and execute daily agency operations to deliver timely and comprehensive administrative support to Strategic Business Development Managers and Directors.
Prepare management reports and statistics for department reporting
Act as the intermediary for all tasks assigned/requested from key distributors and business partners to other teams.
Manager and support the following but not limited to:
Sales campaign (i.e. roadshows, seminar, internal and external event)
All other administrative matters related to Agency
Document and update on all SOPs and Operation Manuals within Strategic Business Development department to ensure consistency in all processes
Update and keep track of all circulars issued by Strategic Business Development department
Facilitate the onboarding process of candidates for application of RNF
Coordinate and prepare monthly meeting materials with the distributors and business partners
Manage Close Monitoring Tracking file and seek SBD team to follow up on documents.
Support any other ad-hoc projects as requested
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in Admin, Banking and Finance
Fresh graduates welcomed
Meticulous, organized and able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to details and ability to coordinate and priorities work
Excellence in Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
Willingness to learn
