A leading tech and finance company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to join their Finance department focusing on M&A projects. The role involves supporting due diligence and coordinating project deliverables while liaising closely with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. This position demands exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
You will be part of Sea’s HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence.
Within the department, Merger & Acquisition, you will be supporting investment projects across three core businesses. You will be actively involved in various stages of the deal process, from preliminary assessment to execution, documentation, and closing.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and skills in the financial aspects of transactions, supported by well-rounded accounting and finance experience. You should have a proven ability to deliver high-quality insights under tight timelines and be capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously. The role also involves evaluating the financial and tax implications of acquisitions and other strategic opportunities, leading or supporting due diligence activities, and preparing clear, concise reports that highlight key findings for senior management.
