Job summary

A financial institution based in Singapore is looking for a Senior Associate / Assistant Vice President to manage a team dedicated to CDD Onboarding & Account Opening. The role requires a strong background in AML/KYC with at least 6 years of relevant experience and the ability to lead and develop staff. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulations while monitoring team productivity and operational efficiency. This is a full-time position within the Institutional Banking Group COO Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of AML/KYC experience in CDD Onboarding or Account Opening.
• AML, CFT & Sanctions knowledge with understanding of KYC requirements.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team focusing on CDD Onboarding & Account Opening.
• Monitor team productivity and compliance with SLAs.
