Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, research, consulting, or innovation roles within the FSI sector.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, enterprise AI adoption, and regulatory considerations in financial services.
• Proven experience working with C-level and senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and business acumen; able to quantify impact and articulate value clearly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills.
• Experience in setting up or working within an AI or digital innovation center of excellence.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk, and compliance frameworks in FSI.

Responsibilities

• Lead external research on AI trends, peer activity, and competitive landscape in the FSI space.
• Shape and refine enterprise-wide AI strategy, with a focus on Generative AI use cases relevant to financial services.
• Drive adoption of AI technologies across business lines by engaging senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Define and track KPIs to measure ROI and effectiveness of internal AI initiatives.
• Create executive reports and recommendations for C-suite decision-making.
