About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Program Manager and Agile Delivery Leader to spearhead our critical IT transformation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for orchestrating complex, multi-project programs, coaching high-performing Agile teams, and ensuring seamless integration and delivery of enterprise digital solutions. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who excels at driving transparency, managing cross‑functional dependencies, and fostering a culture of psychological safety and relentless improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program & Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery for large‑scale IT transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Develop and execute integration strategies for enterprise digital systems and SaaS platforms.
- Proactively identify, manage, and elevate risks, issues, and dependencies across interrelated projects to safeguard delivery timelines and value.
- Define and oversee quality assurance activities, including UAT coordination and regression testing strategies.
Agile Coaching & Team Enablement
- Serve as a master Scrum Master, facilitating key ceremonies (Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple squads to ensure effectiveness and focus.
- Coach teams and stakeholders at all levels on Agile principles, Scrum, and scaled frameworks to enhance maturity and performance.
- Foster a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).
- Mentor team members and other Agile practitioners to build internal capability.
Operational Excellence & Transparency
- Manage and refine product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners, ensuring clear prioritization and readiness.
- Drive transparency and data‑informed decision‑making through metrics such as team velocity, sprint health, predictability, and flow efficiency.
- Champion DevOps and CI/CD pipeline best practices to streamline delivery and improve time‑to‑market.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as a primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Communicate program status, progress, and impediments clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization.
- Build strong, trusting relationships to facilitate collaboration and manage expectations.
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
- 12+ years of progressive experience in IT program/project management, with a significant focus on Agile delivery and digital transformation.
- Proven expertise as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master for multiple, concurrent teams in a large enterprise setting.
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex program dependencies and integration strategies for enterprise systems (SaaS, custom platforms).
- Hands‑on understanding of modern software development practices, including DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong track record of using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to guide improvements and ensure delivery predictability.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience overseeing QA processes, UAT, and regression testing within an Agile program context.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSP‑SM, CSP‑PO, SAFe SPC).
- Experience with Agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Background in software development, solution architecture, or business analysis.
- Knowledge of change management principles.
