Qualifications

• 3 years of proven experience in advertising or media sales for Senior Executives.
• Strong interest in media sales and business development for Junior Executives/Fresh Graduates.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure new advertising clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client business needs and propose appropriate ad solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to deliver effective campaigns.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
