Job summary

A leading air conditioning company in Singapore is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the full cycle of ACMV projects. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering and 5–8 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating procurement, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project is required, alongside excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant ACMV project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems design, installation, testing & commissioning.
• Familiar with local codes and regulations (BCA, SS553, SS530, SS554).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of ACMV projects from tender stage to project handover.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate materials procurement and manpower deployment.
