Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, along with skills in ACMV calculations and project analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Singapore-based ACMV experiences in Construction Industry.
• Experience with ACMV calculations and systems.
• Familiarity with Green Mark and fire code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee in-house engineering design works of ACMV systems.
• Manage design coordination with other trades.
• Prepare documentation and carry out testing and commissioning.
