Rolling Arrays is seeking a high-performing Senior Accounts Executive / Manager - Enterprise Accounts in HR Technology to drive the adoption of our AI-first solutions and HR Tech across global markets.
This role is designed for someone who wants to be at the forefront of learning, shaping, and selling next-generation AI-driven HR Tech.
You will own the entire sales funnel, from top-of-funnel outreach and BDR activities to running demos and closing enterprise deals. This position offers direct exposure to global C-level leaders and board members, and provides a fast-growth path to eventually lead global sales for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Funnel Sales Ownership
- Take full charge of pipeline creation, including outbound prospecting, cold outreach, targeted campaigns, networking, and strategic BDR activities.
- Engage and develop new enterprise opportunities across APAC, Europe, and North America.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—qualification, discovery, solutioning, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
- Consistently achieve annual revenue targets of SGD 1–3 million.
Strategic Account Growth
- Manage and grow key enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term adoption and expansion.
- Collaborate with product, consulting, and customer success teams to shape solutions that address client needs.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product roadmap and innovation.
Organisation & Representation
- Represent Rolling Arrays at global HR Tech events, conferences, and customer leadership meetings in Singapore and abroad.
- Build executive-level relationships and position the company as a trusted advisor in AI-powered HR transformation.
Planning & Reporting
- Build and execute account strategies, territory plans, and pipeline forecasts.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, reporting cadence, and sales documentation.
Learning & Delivering
- Become a subject-matter expert on modern HR Tech, AI-enabled automation, and Tier 1 HRIS (end to end training will be provided).
- Deliver high-impact product pitches and demos to C-level leaders and senior HR decision-makers.
Job Requirements
- 3–4 years of enterprise technology sales experience, ideally in HR Tech, SaaS, AI, cloud, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of achieving enterprise sales targets of SGD 1-3 million.
- Strong capability in top-of-funnel outreach, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Experience engaging enterprise clients across APAC and Europe; North America exposure is an advantage.
- Ability to confidently engage C-suite leaders and articulate AI and HR Tech concepts in business terms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong executive presence, with comfort presenting to global senior leaders.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
