A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Senior Accounts Executive. The candidate will perform monthly consolidations and reporting to HQ in Korea. Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin, with a degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Marine/Construction industry. This permanent position offers a salary of up to $6,000 plus a variable bonus and flexi benefits.

Overview

• Position: Senior Accounts Executive
• Location: Gul Road (Company Transport Provided: Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Boon Lay, Serangoon)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus + Flexi Benefits + OT pay (if required)
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Marine (fabrication) - MNC

Main Responsibilities

• Perform monthly consolidation
• Monthly reporting to HQ in Korea
• Prepare quarterly result announcement
• Review overseas subsidiaries accounts
• Assist in the group policy and process improvements
• Record fixed assets acquisition and disposals in accounting system
• Assign tag numbers to fixed assets
• Execute depreciation run and depreciation reasonableness check
• Update the detailed movement schedule of fixed assets for reporting
• Conduct physical inventory counts of fixed assets
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin business associates
• Degree in Accounting and/or professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experienced in Marine/Construction industry
• Experienced in consolidation, budgeting, and fixed assets
