Senior Accounts Assistant
Job Purpose
Reporting to Assistant Finance Manager, candidate will be responsible for day-to-day activities in the accounts receivable role, such as daily sales collection from respective departments, recording up-to-date book keeping into SAP system and handling of parking income and donations.
Responsibilities
Daily sales collection from various Business Units
- Collecting & booking entries of cash/cheques/nets & credit card slips from BO, DRC, pharmacy, Dialysis Centre, CHC etc.
- Coordinating with courier service on weekly cash bag hand over.
- Matching collections via different payment modes with bank statement to ensure accuracy and completeness of the banking amount.
Parking and Season parking
- Updating pre-collected season parking/hourly parking into excel sheet. Monthly charge out the prepaid season parking fee.
- Reconciling monthly season parking fee collected versus the season parking schedule from Operations.
Donation
- Coordinating and arranging collection of donation box at Triage, Ward 1 & Ward 3 with various department staff to witness the opening.
- Processing monthly Giro deduction, updating the status monthly using bank reports.
- Downloading bank statement & donation reports from various platforms.
- Keying/uploading entries for all donations into SAP and donation management system.
- Preparing “Thank You” letters & receipts and sending emails for donation witness opening to various department.

Requirements
- Diploma in Finance/Accounting with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
- Relevant experience in healthcare or related industry is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess strong analytical and organisational skills
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
