Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an Accounting Support professional for a permanent full-time role. Key responsibilities include managing accounts duties like invoicing, collections tracking, and assisting customers with inquiries. Candidates should possess a Degree in Accounting and have some relevant experience along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.   • Support a wide range of Accounts duties (including AR & AP).
  • Prepare and process various documents such as Invoices and Credit Notes.
  • Track and monitor collections and payments, update Statement of Accounts.
  • Assist in handling incoming calls and emails from customers.
  • Coordinate & liaise with partner or corporate secretary where required.

Working Details
  • Working Location: Kaki Bukit Industrial Area
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm, Sat: 9.00am -1.00pm)
  • Duration: Permanent full time
Key Responsibilities
  • Support a wide range of Accounts duties (including AR & AP).
  • Prepare and process various documents, such as Invoices (Credit and Cash Terms) and Credit Notes.
  • To send out all invoices to customers by email or by post.
  • Track and monitor collections and payments, update Statement of Accounts.
  • Assist in handling incoming calls and emails from customers.
  • To assist in preparing of sales quotation and email to customers.
  • Update service record and reconciliate with service members on treatment works done.
  • Monitor & renew company employee & vehicle insurance and road tax.
  • Assist in GST filing, CPF filing, IR8A filing.
  • Coordinate & liaise with partner or corporate secretary where required.
  • Assis to prepare for service treatment reports.
  • Support Company Director & Team Supervisor where necessary.
Requirements
  • Preferably with Degree in Accounting
  • Preferably with Accounting work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good organizational skills with excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
