Senior Accountant Executive - Singapore Surface Engineering Manufacturing Company

(Accountant cum HR Executive | Pioneer | 5-Day Work Week)

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Location: Pioneer, Singapore
Salary Range: SGD 2,400 – 2,800 (depending on skills and experience)

About the Company

We are a surface engineering and precision manufacturing company located in Pioneer, supporting industries such as semiconductors, aerospace, automation, and metal finishing. As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Senior Accountant Executive to manage accounting functions and support basic HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts and maintain accurate general ledger entries.

• Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and timeliness.

• Handle monthly and yearly closing processes, including preparation of schedules such as balance sheet listings, sales reports, AR/AP summaries, and other financial documentation.

• Prepare monthly financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, AR Aging, AP Aging, and other related reports.

• Ensure all financial documents are complete, properly organised, and compliant with company policies.

• Work closely with auditors and tax agents to ensure smooth, timely audit and statutory submissions.

• Set up, maintain, and manage e-invoicing systems to ensure accurate billing and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Support management with financial insights, cost tracking, and operational requirements.

• Assist with basic HR administrative tasks where required (e.g., staff records, payroll support, documentation).

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or professional qualifications such as LCCI / ACCA (preferred).

• 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Proficient in QuickBooks, e-invoicing platforms, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with internal teams.

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to operational needs.

• Strong attention to detail, responsible, and committed to accuracy.
