Job summary

A financial services organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage group consolidation and financial reporting. You will assist in preparing statutory accounts and oversee subsidiary accounts to ensure timely reporting. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Accountancy or ACCA, with at least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and teamwork skills are essential. This position offers the opportunity to be involved in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in handling Group consolidated accounts.
• Preferably with previous audit experience.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, analytical, meticulous and strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare group consolidation, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Assist in preparation of consolidated monthly financial reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare group consolidation, financial reporting and financial analysis
  • Group consol for about 18 subgroup and entities, in total we have about 80+ entities.
  • Group consol via excel.
• Assists in preparation of consolidated monthly financial reports, periodic results SGX announcement and annual statutory accounts
• Oversee the accounts of subsidiaries companies within the Group to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting
• Statistics / survey preparation and submission
• Ability to perform corporate tax computation / tax reporting and support and ensure compliance with all tax filing requirement
• Support and assist in Groups annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast
• Assist the finance team in ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 4 5 years of relevant experience in handling Group consolidated accounts
• Preferably with previous audit experience
• Working knowledge in tax filing
• Self-motivated, resourceful, analytical, meticulous and strong team player
• Able to withstand stress to meet tight deadlines
