Our client is a global SaaS provider specializing in interactive learning solutions. With a strong presence across education and corporate sectors, the platform supports millions of users worldwide and is expanding rapidly in the APAC region through its Singapore office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound sales inquiries from educational institutions and corporate clients across APAC.
- Qualify leads, understand client needs, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract closure.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion.
- Deliver tailored product presentations and proposals that address sector-specific challenges and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Execute targeted sales initiatives to drive regional growth and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with exposure to both education and corporate sectors preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate the value of learning technologies in different organizational contexts.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
