As a Senior 3D Motion Designer for UNIQ, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renders and animations to bring our ideas and storytelling to life. You will work closely with our 3D lead and Art Directors to ensure that our projects meet the standards of quality. Responsibilities

• To conceptualize and produce high-quality 3D product renders, animations, and visual effects for various platforms, including digital advertising, social media, prints, and websites.
• Ensure that 3D visuals are delivered on time and meet the required technical specifications.
• Create compelling storyboards and effectively communicate ideas for 3D animation production.
• Mentor and guide junior teammates on projects and skills improvement.
• Stay updated with motion graphics, animation, and video production trends.
• Experiment with new techniques and tools to improve the quality and expand 3D skill sets.

Requirements

• Experience with 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Excellent storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Knowledge of 3D animation production processes, including editing and compositing.
• 3D modeling and a good understanding of topology are a plus.
• Prior experience in motion graphics design, animation, or related fields.
• A portfolio showcasing 3D renders and animation work is required.
