Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced RF/Analog IC Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing RF and analog integrated circuits, with a focus on CMOS transceiver design for various applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance IC solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RF and analog ICs, including CMOS transceivers, from concept to production.
  • Perform circuit simulations and collaborate with Layout Engineers to complete layout design.
  • Conduct testing and validation of IC designs.
  • Collaborate with system engineers and other team members to optimize performance.
  • Document design processes and results.
  • Understand and design sub-blocks such as LNA, Mixer, PA, VCO, Fractional-N PLL, ADPLL, and filters at the transistor level.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in RF/analog IC design, particularly in CMOS transceiver design.
  • Proficiency in using EDA tools such as Virtuoso, Spectre, EMX, HFSS, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of RF principles and analog circuit design.
  • Experience with designing sub-blocks like LNA, Mixer, PA, VCO, Fractional-N PLL, ADPLL, and filters at the transistor level.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
