A leading telecom firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Operations Specialist to support and operate critical security systems. This role involves providing L1/L2 support for various security tools, monitoring platforms, and facilitating incident response. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity Operations, a solid understanding of security tools, and have worked in regulated environments like Telecom or BFSI. Certifications in Cisco, Palo Alto, and others are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Cybersecurity Operations/Security Engineering.
• Familiarity with enterprise security tools.
• Experience in regulated/large-scale environments (Telecom, BFSI, Tech preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for security tools.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize security platforms.
• Support security incident triage and resolution.
