Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
• Provide legal and compliance support in SEA markets.
• Support business development and partnership discussions.
• Liaison for the SEA commercial team with HQ legal and finance.
• Establish standardized contract clause library.
• Assist in resolving contract-related disputes.
