Job description
What You’ll Do

· Program & Delivery Leadership: Own quarterly/PI planning, roadmap visibility, dependency/risk management; align platform work (translation orchestration, TM/glossary, engine management, TQA) with enterprise architecture.

· Team Facilitation: Run core Agile ceremonies; strengthen flow/WIP discipline; coordinate incident/problem/change workflow and release trains aligned to ITSM.

· Coaching & Ways of Working: Coach POs, tech leads, and squads on Agile/Lean, DevOps/SRE, and scaled practices; foster psychological safety and inclusive collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership
  • Own quarterly/PI planning, roadmap transparency, dependency management, and risk mitigation

  • Convert business priorities into clear product increments with measurable outcomes; maintain lean governance; align platform work (translations orchestration, TM/glossary, engine management, TQA) with enterprise architecture.

  • Drive operationalization initiatives: tech debt reduction, stack upgrades, SRE/HA refactoring, observability, and quality maturity with defined release milestones and operational readiness criteria.

  • Partner with product leaders and technical leads on backlog intake, feasibility analysis, and stakeholder cadence for complex integrations.

Team Facilitation & Execution (Scrum Master)
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retros) to maintain steady velocity and quality increments.

  • Remove impediments; strengthen flow/WIP discipline; protect team autonomy while ensuring compliance and auditability (translation audit logging, versioning).

  • Coordinate cross-team incident/problem/change workflows and release trains aligned to ITSM processes; ensure trustworthy data capture for continuous improvement.

Coaching & Ways of Working (Agile Coach)
  • Coach product owners, tech leads, and squads on Agile/Lean, DevOps/SRE practices, and scaled frameworks where appropriate.

  • Run workshops on backlog hygiene, metrics literacy (flow, reliability, quality), and cross-functional collaboration; mentor leadership on adaptive planning and outcome‑based governance.

  • Champion psychological safety and inclusive collaboration to enable timely, constructive feedback between technical experts and business partners.

  1. Flow & Predictability: Sprint goal attainment, throughput/velocity stability, on‑time delivery of cross‑squad dependencies

  2. Reliability & Operations: Release success rate, change failure rate, MTTD/MTTR, incident aging, adherence to ITSM delivery gates (incident, request, change)

  3. Quality & Compliance: Defect density/escape rate, test coverage, audit‑readiness for translation/orchestration services (logging, versioning)

  4. Stakeholder Confidence: Cadenced updates, actionable RCAs, and backlog clarity for issues; measurable satisfaction from business counterparts

Job Requirements
  • 8+ years in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Program Manager) with multi‑squad leadership and coaching responsibility

  • Hands‑on experience implementing DevOps/SRE practices, observability, CI/CD, high availability, and ITSM‑aligned production support

  • Familiarity with translation/NLP ecosystems (NMTs/LLMs, TMX/glossary management, engine recommendation, TQA) or comparable complex integration platforms

  • Proven facilitation skills and stakeholder management across US/EU/India time zones; strong dependency/risk management and problem‑solving

  • Demonstrated success in operationalizing platforms: reducing technical debt, executing stack upgrades, driving quality maturity, and instilling auditability

  • Preferred: Experience in regulated domains (e.g., life sciences), data engineering workflows, and scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent)
