Academic Leadership & Results
  • Lead the academic team to achieve the school’s established academic and progression targets, including O Level, A Level, and university placement outcomes
  • Oversee curriculum planning, academic quality assurance, and examination readiness
  • Monitor student performance data and implement improvement strategies
Teacher Management & Development
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop teaching staff
  • Design and implement teacher appraisal and performance evaluation systems
  • Conduct lesson observations and ensure consistent teaching standards
Student Management & Pastoral Care
  • Oversee student discipline, attendance, and overall well‑being
  • Implement effective student management systems, particularly for international students
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional student management requirements
Parent Communication & Services
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with parents
  • Handle parent feedback, concerns, and academic consultations professionally
  • Build strong trust and long‑term relationships with families
Admissions & Marketing Support
  • Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to support student recruitment
  • Participate in academic briefings, parent talks, and promotional activities as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in academic leadership or school management
  • Experience managing international students is essential
  • Prior experience in an international school or private education institution is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Results‑driven mindset with the ability to lead teams towards clear academic outcomes
