Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level with passes.
• Relevant certifications such as WSQ Career Readiness (Operations Level) preferred.
• At least one year of experience in school security, operations, customer service, or related fields.
• Experience in supervising contract cleaners, security personnel, traffic control, or visitor management.
• Physically fit and able to perform operational duties.
• Security Officer’s licence and First Aid certification are advantageous.
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills to support operations in the absence of the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in supervisory and daily operational duties.
• Maintain the security and safety of school premises and property.
• Operate and monitor school security systems.
• Manage and coordinate school traffic movements.
• Ensure operations projects and works are completed on time.
• Support emergency response duties.
• Assist in managing contractors and ensure compliance with WSHA.
• Coordinate with managing agents and cleaning contractors to maintain school cleanliness.
• Conduct periodic stock checks of health and safety equipment.
• Provide logistics support for school activities.
