Job summary

A local consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage student billing processes, ensuring accurate financial transactions and supporting financial aid disbursements. Responsibilities include assisting in fee billing for students, processing refunds, and generating financial reports. Candidates with knowledge of SAP and strong IT skills have an advantage. This position is open to Singapore citizens only.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident only.
• Familiarity with student billing processes or financial aid would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fee billing for undergraduate students and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate billing and perform fee adjustments.
• Process refunds and transactions for students.
• Generate month-end reports and reconcile accounts.
• Support the Financial Aid team in disbursing financial assistance.

• Ensure prompt and accurate billing, perform fee verification, and make necessary adjustments.

• Process refunds and payments to students.

• Generate month-end reports and perform account reconciliations.

• Support the Financial Aid team in disbursing loans, bursaries, and other financial aid schemes.

Requirements:

• Singaporean only.

• Candidate with SAP knowledge or strong IT proficiency would have added advantage.
