Job summary

Job description
Working Hours
  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • May be required to work beyond these hours on certain days (e.g. School events).
Requirements
  • Preferably has NITEC, ‘O’ level certificate or ESS Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5 or equivalent
  • Preferably has 1 year of relevant working experience in school administration
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Good customer service skills with proper phone etiquette
  • Good team player with a high level of initiative
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems
  • Able to handle young children
