Overview

Manage Front Desk duties with customer service mindset meeting the realist challenges and demands of a Primary/Secondary School setting

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls, attend to walk-in visitors, take messages, respond to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a dynamic environment where calls are voluminous)
  • Maintain customer related information when required, e.g. phone log
  • Communicate with teachers regarding parents’ feedback/messages from phone calls or walk-in parents
  • Handle daily varied demands and queries from parents/students/vendors/staff etc
  • Render first level assistance to walk-in students’ needs including sick and injured students. To escalate case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases
  • Handle/support situation when students’ vomit, soiled their clothes
  • Assist student in times of need, e.g. lost & found
