Job description

Position: School Admin Assistant
Working Hours: 8:30am-5:45pm (Mon-Thu); 8:30am-5:15pm (Fri)
Location: Boon Lay
Period: 6 Months with extension/conversion
Salary: $2200 - $3000

Events & School Activities Support
  • Assist in organizing school events, including conferences, seminars, outreach programmes, staff welfare, and alumni activities.
  • Handle logistics including registration, venue setup, catering, and coordination with vendors and helpers.
  • Prepare event materials such as invitations, name tags, programmes, and signage.
  • Support event-day operations, including photography and social media updates.
  • Assist with post-event follow-up and record-keeping.
Institutional Visits Support
  • Coordinate visits by international delegations and faculty.
  • Manage logistics including venues, transport, accommodation, and catering.
  • Prepare visit materials and liaise with staff and students.
Building Access & Office Allocation
  • Advise on access procedures and safety requirements.
  • Manage card access, key issuance, office, and seating allocation.
  • Maintain seating records and handle exit clearances.
Procurement & Mailing
  • Support sourcing, purchasing, and receiving office and event supplies.
  • Handle mailing, dispatch, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
